With the average youth pastor lasting 18-21 months, GYNET offers a plan to help. We offer strategic consulting services designed to transform a student ministry into a place of health and growth. We offer training for existing youth pastors, as well as training for potential youth pastors, and training for a leadership team. This is also where Global Youth Net’s Fluid leadership track is implemented. With this spiritual growth track, students are taken from the point of salvation to the point where they are ready to lead their friends to Christ through relational evangelism in a small group setting.
